This Shipping & Delivery Policy is provided by BLIP SERVICES AND COMMERCE (doing business as BlipCommerce) ("Company", "we", "us", "our").
Please review this policy when purchasing our products. It applies to any order you place with us.
At checkout you can choose one of the following options:
BlipCommerce is a marketplace, so each order may include items from one or more sellers. Delivery dates are estimated per seller, based on that seller's handling time plus transit, and the estimate for your order is shown at checkout and on your order details. Most orders are delivered within a few business days.
All delivery times are estimates and may vary. If there is any delay, we will contact you as soon as possible to keep you informed and reschedule where needed. If an item is low on stock or on backorder, your delivery estimate will reflect the additional time and may be shown separately at checkout.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We ship only within Seychelles.
Deliveries generally take place Monday to Friday, and on weekends or public holidays where needed.
If our delivery partner is unable to deliver your package due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive it, they may attempt redelivery or return the package to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund (where applicable).
We'll keep you updated by email at each stage of your order, so you'll know when it has been confirmed, processed, and dispatched.
